Appointment Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all consultations and appointments booked.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be payable.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. Any request to waive cancellation charges will be considered at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time or a full refund of any fees already paid.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not alter this cancellation policy.
