Pancakes don’t have to be unhealthy with this delicious almond flour and blueberry recipe that @helloglow knocked up for breakfast
Ingredients
2 Bananas
4 eggs
4 tbsps almond flour
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)
Method
Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the eggs and almond flour, stir in the blueberries. Cook on a medium heat until golden brown and enjoy!
