The B-vitamins are comprised of a group of water-soluble vitamins that are involved in numerous processes within the body. They are particularly important for brain function and energy metabolism (1). This carefully curated blend of B vitamins are included in their highest bioavailable forms. They are complemented with a mix of botanicals.

Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb which works to reduce stress and anxiety which can impair concentration, focus, and memory (2), furthermore it can help with improve sleep quality (3). Ashwagandha improves the body's defence against disease by improving the cell-mediated immunity. It also possesses potent antioxidant properties that help protect against cellular damage caused by free radicals (4). 

Ginseng, especially Panax ginseng has been reported to reduce physical and mental fatigue through improving energy metabolism. It can be especially useful for exercise through sustaining physical performance (5).

It is well established that choline deficiency is associated with liver damage in humans. Choline’s role in fat metabolism is critical to good liver health, because it packages lipids and mobilises them for conversion to energy (6). Lastly, we have Inositol, which has a crucial role in the energy metabolism pathways (7).

Take 1-2 capsules daily with a small glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended stated daily intake.
